In order to obtain better receiving and discharging conditions, the Flexowell Conveyor with large inclination Angle adopts the form of "Z" layout. Namely, the upper horizontal section, the lower horizontal section and the inclined section are provided, and the lower horizontal section is fed, and the upper horizontal section is discharged. The upper horizontal section and the inclined section are connected by the convex arc frame, and the lower horizontal section and the inclined section are connected by the concave arc frame to realize the smooth transition of the conveyor belt.

1. Upper horizontal section: in order to meet the requirements of different unloading heights, the head frame is divided into lower head frame (head frame height H0=1000mm), Chinese head frame (head frame height H0= 1100-1500mm) and high type head frame (head frame height H0=1600 ~ 2000mm). Correspondingly, the upper horizontal section is equipped with low type convex arc frame and low type middle frame legs (with head frame height H0=1000mm), Chinese type convex arc frame and Chinese middle frame legs (with head frame height H0= 1100-1500mm), respectively. Convex arc frame and middle frame legs (with head frame height H0=1600 ~ 2000mm).

2. Inclined section: No matter the upper horizontal section adopts low type, Chinese type, or high type middle frame supporting leg, the inclined section adopts low type middle frame supporting leg. When the conveyor Angle β≧45°, it is recommended to use type ⅱ low middle bracket support leg.

3. Lower horizontal section: Lower horizontal section adopts low middle bracket support leg.

The process flow

The material with a high powder rate runs to the transfer point with the belt conveyor, the material curtain is fully humidified by high-pressure water gas, and the fine dust particles are wrapped by water gas, to achieve the purpose of dust removal.

The specific practices

Water spray dust suppression device is installed on the belt machine headcover: 4 high-pressure water spray guns are installed and fixed on the lower hopper of the belt machine and the head cover of the belt machine respectively through flange bolt connection, and 2 on the upper and lower parts, which are symmetrically arranged. The 15m³ water tank, 1m³ gas storage tank, and multistage water pump of the spray system are centrally arranged in the bottom plane 0 of the transfer frame, and the high-pressure water-gas mixing gun is connected up and down through the valve and the main water-gas pipeline.
