The process flow

The material with a high powder rate runs to the transfer point with the belt conveyor, the material curtain is fully humidified by high-pressure water gas, and the fine dust particles are wrapped by water gas, to achieve the purpose of dust removal.

The specific practices

Water spray dust suppression device is installed on the belt machine headcover: 4 high-pressure water spray guns are installed and fixed on the lower hopper of the belt machine and the head cover of the belt machine respectively through flange bolt connection, and 2 on the upper and lower parts, which are symmetrically arranged. The 15m³ water tank, 1m³ gas storage tank, and multistage water pump of the spray system are centrally arranged in the bottom plane 0 of the transfer frame, and the high-pressure water-gas mixing gun is connected up and down through the valve and the main water-gas pipeline.
