How Does The Tubular Drag Chain Conveyor Work?
- Inside the equipment is a circular closed-loop chain. Uniformly, wear-resistant conveying discs are fixed on the chain, and the entire assembly is completely enclosed within the pipeline. During operation, the motor and reducer provide power, driving the chain to move in a circular and uniform manner within the pipeline.
- When the materials are discharged from the sealed outlet of the source silo and enter the internal pipeline, under the drive of the driving device, the continuously rotating chains and discs inside the pipeline form a stable mechanical thrust, pushing the materials to move smoothly and uniformly forward along the horizontal direction, and finally reaching the discharge outlet to complete the unloading.
- In addition, it can also undertake the task of material transportation. Its powerful mechanical traction force overcomes gravity and steadily lifts the materials to the height of the mixing tank or other loading platforms located at the desired position, either horizontally or at a large inclination angle. Both horizontal and inclined transportation are carried out in a fully sealed state, effectively preventing potential dust problems.
