Tubular Drag Chain Conveyors (also known as pipe chain / disc conveyor) is a customized continuous conveying equipment suitable for fields such as fine chemicals, pesticides, ores, building materials, and food industry. It can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements, specifically for conveying powdery, small granular, and small block-shaped bulk materials. It supports three-dimensional conveying in a combination of horizontal, inclined, and vertical directions.
The equipment moves the materials through the chain or disc scraper belt inside the sealed pipeline. Horizontal conveying relies on the thrust of the chain plates to form a stable material flow, while vertical conveying achieves continuous lifting by overcoming friction through lateral side pressure. It is composed of components such as the drive device, tensioning device, turner, and sealed pipeline.
