Working Principle Of Feeder Breaker

The open chute (storage bin) serves as the load-bearing component for coal, gangue or other materials, and the scraper is fixed on the chain (forming the scraper chain) as the traction component. When the head drive device is activated, it drives the sprocket on the head shaft to rotate, causing the scraper chain to operate in a circular manner and move the materials along the chute (storage bin), until it reaches the head section for unloading. The scraper chain performs a continuous closed-loop motion around the sprocket, completing the material transportation.

The feeder breaker is mainly composed of the conveying part (conveying drive device, conveying box, conveying chain & scraper, conveying tension device), the crushing part (crushing drive device, crushing tooth roller, crushing box), electrical control, and automatic lubrication (optional).
