The fault of Coal Incline Screen vibrator caused by bearing problem occurs frequently, which seriously affects the normal production of sintering machine and reduces the operation rate of sintering machine. At the same time, the whole sieve flow single system has a certain impact on the output of sintering machine. In addition, the Coal Incline Screen adopts two sets of Japanese Seiko bearings, which use imported Wanlider 150# lubricating oil. The replacement of bearings requires 24 hours continuous operation, which also directly increases the cost of equipment maintenance and the workload of maintenance personnel. Therefore, to ensure the normal operation of the vibrating screen, reduce the incidence of failure, reduce equipment maintenance costs, become an urgent problem to be solved.
The four-fired whole-grain secondary vibrating Screen is self-centered Coal Incline Screen, and the shaker bearing is lubricated by oil bath. The assembly diagram is shown in Figure 3. According to the analysis of fault phenomena, the main reasons for frequent bearing failures in the short term are oil leakage at the seal of the shaker and poor bearing lubrication. The details are as follows: 1. As shown in Figure 3, the 0 ring seal with serial number 9A being φ8.4mm, the assembly of the seal here directly affects the oil storage capacity of the oil pool, which is the key sealing point in the whole assembly. Because the clearance here is small and in the cylinder body, the sealing parts are easy to be damaged and not easily found during assembly, resulting in serious oil leakage after the work of the vibrating screen. Oil leakage here is the main cause of Coal Incline Screen shaker bearing heat lock, and oil leakage to the screen box inside, outside is difficult to find, only pour out the vibrating screen after drilling into the screen box can see the oil on the side plate of the screen box. 2, serial number 9B,9C is φ3.5mm type 0 ring seal, among which the serial number 9C seal is the key technology in the whole system seal, is also the most easily ignored sealing point, serial number 11 interval ring installed in the Φ3.5mm type 0 ring seal and shaft to produce a close match for static seal form, with the shaft rotation, And then form dynamic seal combination with the skeleton seal No. 10, so as to play a sealing role. Once the 9C seal is improperly assembled and does not rotate with the shaft, friction with the shaft will cause the seal to wear and fail, and also lead to oil leakage of the shaker seal. Serial number 10 is SB200*230*15 skeleton oil seal. One of the reasons for oil leakage is that the deformed lip cannot effectively contain the spacer ring after the skeleton seal assembly.
To solve the above problems, we solved the oil leakage problem of the shaker from three aspects: improving and standardizing the installation mode and changing the Coal Incline Screen spacer sleeve from single slot seal to double slot seal, so as to ensure the service life of the bearing. 1. Installation of type 0 ring seal with serial number 9A being φ8.4mm. As can be seen from Figure 3, the seal No. 9A is installed on the bearing sleeve No. 4. In the past, the external impact method is used to install the bearing sleeve, which is easy to cause root cutting at the lower part of the seal No. 9A. In order to solve the hidden danger of root cutting, we change the screw static method to install the bearing sleeve. 4 screws with diameter M30*300 general thread are shown in Figure 4. During operation, it is evenly worn on the four points of the bearing sleeve, adjusted the installation clearance of the upper and lower left and right sides with the feeler ruler, measured the supply of the upper and lower left and right sides respectively with the ruler, tightened the screws evenly to make the bearing set in, and effectively solved the root cutting phenomenon of the 0 ring seal.
