2. 1 Tape beater

1) Active beater
(1) The revolutions of the belt beater per minute should be 300 ~ 500 revolutions. Generally, triangular belt drive is used, and there is a separate machine drive;
(2) The beater should only press down the tape by 6mm ~ 8mm. If the pressure requirement is greater, the auxiliary cleaning device should be added;
(3) The beater should be arranged as close to the head drum as possible;
(4) Damping roller must be used, installed under the belt, and make the belt tensioned. Cleaning is more effective;
(5) Minimum diameter of idler 60mm;
(6) Double row rolling ball bearings must be used;

If you apply enough pressure, it works very well. Three nozzles must be installed, aiming at the middle part of the contact between the base of each diaphragm and the guard, which is more practical on small equipment with the height of the guard and below 120mm. An air compressor is required.
2. 4 Aggregate tray below the return section
If the sidewall belt conveyor is used and the moisture of the material is small, the return branch of the conveyor can be closed, and a dumper and aggregate tray can be set in the lower variable Angle section, where the conveyor belt changes from inclined section to horizontal section. The material of the aggregate tray can be sent through the chute to the dump. If the conveyor Angle is less than 60°, the return tray may be lined with ultra high molecular material to prevent the return material from piling up in the tray. At this point, the returned material can be manually sent back to the bearing section of the conveyor. This method can not be used for viscous materials, because too much returned material will accumulate in the chute.

The flat belt machine is driven by its own separate head roller to prevent material accumulation under the guard belt. This form can also be used on the bottom of the conveyor.
