I. Basic regulations for personnel of sidewall belt conveyor
1.Personnel who have not been specially trained and have not obtained an induction certificate are prohibited from operating.
2.Familiar with the working principle, structure, performance, technical characteristics, the name and role of the parts of the equipment.
The performance of the motor and control equipment, understanding the causes of common accidents and preventive measures.
3.Familiar with the opening and closing procedures and operation methods of the equipment of this post, and familiar with the contact signals related to this post.
4.All protection should be complete, sensitive and reliable, not allowed to throw off the protection operation.
5.Prohibit the use of the sidewall belt conveyor to transport extra-long and extra-wide materials, prohibit the use of the belt machine with iron materials, prohibit personnel to ride on the belt.
It is forbidden to use the belt machine to transport over-length and over-width materials, to use the equipment to carry iron materials, and to prohibit personnel from riding on the belt machine.
6.It is forbidden to run the belt conveyor in a faulty state, and to stop it after opening it under normal circumstances and avoiding frequent starting of the equipment.
7.When on duty, the operator should wear the required labour protection equipment.
II. The preparation before starting of sidewall belt conveyor
1. Checking whether the communication and control system are working normally; Checking whether the various protection devices and connection devices are complete and reliable;
Checking whether the instruments, meters, buttons and handgrips are sensitive and reliable.
2.Checking whether the grease level of each lubrication part meets the specified requirements.
3.Checking whether the drive pulley, bend pulley and the wear of the upper and lower rollers, checking the wear of the tape and tape joints.
4.Checking the sweeper of each part to ensure that the position is correct, the pressure is appropriate and the wear does not exceed the limit.
5. Checking whether the hydraulic station and pipeline are intact and whether the tensioning force of the tensioning device is normal.
III. Power on of sidewall belt conveyor
1.The power-on signal should be issued before the power-on, and the power can only be turned on after the signal is returned at the end of the sidewall belt conveyor.
