1. all polyurethane sieve plate

Because the use conditions of the screen plate are very harsh, requiring corrosion resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance, so the size of the screen seam needs to be small enough when used.

Advantages: polyurethane high wear resistance, high elasticity, sound absorption, shock absorption, not easy to run rough, good wear resistance, long service life, high screening quality, strong self-cleaning ability, good screening performance, reduce noise, improve the operating environment, a wide range of application.

Disadvantages: product dimension transformation is not flexible, high production cost.

2. polyurethane composite sieve plate

The Inclind screen is a roller resistance welder that uses electrical current to generate resistance heat from the contact surface and adjacent areas of the welded joint to heat the metal to a partially melted or highly plastic state. The Inclind screen is then pressed and welded into a screen surface (see Figure 2), which is then assembled to make it strong. On this basis, the frame is vulcanized with polyurethane material. The screen plate is made of stainless steel material for the screen surface, the frame and support bars are made of Q235-A carbon steel flat iron for the material frame group welding.

Advantages: narrow screen can be selected, high opening rate, sound absorption, shock absorption, not easy to run rough, convenient disassembly and assembly.

Disadvantages: low screening rate, plugging, screen easy fracture, easy wear, easy to run out of large particle ore after wear, and wear or fracture will lose the use value, indirectly caused by high cost, inconvenient operation and maintenance, this screen plate in Taiyuan and Anhui many manufacturers can produce, easier to promote.

Selection principle: dewatering, demediating and desliming of all kinds of straight inclined screen and slime curved screen.

3. all stainless steel polyurethane composite sieve plate

The stainless steel polyurethane composite sieve plate of this new process is pressed into wedge wire by E200 stainless steel round wire, and the stainless steel convex support bars are welded by thermoplastic drum resistance welding process or argon arc welding process (see Figure 3). The frame is also vulcanized with polyurethane material. The convex support bars replace the stainless steel convex wire part, and the process of welding the support bars during assembly is eliminated. The outer border is done according to the user's needs.

Advantages: overall stiffness, small magnetic, sound absorption, shock absorption, not easy to run rough, convenient disassembly, especially suitable for heavy medium coal preparation plant dehydration operations.

Disadvantages: the production process is complex, the technology is relatively weak, the quality is not easy to guarantee, in the drum resistance welding rotation welding, convex support bar is easy to weld oblique, affect the quality and appearance of the product, high production cost, and not easy to leveling, leveling effect is unsatisfactory. There are relatively few manufacturers with this technology, so it is difficult to popularize and apply.

4. Welding seam sieve plate

Welded seam screen plate is a kind of process more mature and old-fashioned screen plate, it is mainly made of stainless steel screen and stainless steel flat iron or Q235-A carbon steel flat iron material frame group welding, which stainless steel screen plate welding is the use of roller resistance welding machine into welding, rolled into different sections and the same section of wedge screen and convex back bar, Using resistance heat and current welding, belongs to the contact resistance welding process.

Advantages: large working surface stiffness, narrow sieve can be selected, high opening rate, flexible size transformation, easy processing and forming.

Disadvantages: high noise, easy to run rough, not easy to disassemble and assemble, working surface anti-wear and anti-smash performance is poor.
