Deviation switch accident prevention and cause analysis
1) Purchase qualified products confirmed by the state to avoid belt deviation accidents caused by insufficient manufacturing accuracy of equipment.
2) Pay attention to the installation dimensional accuracy in the installation process:
a. If the belt is found to be out of alignment at the drum during installation and debugging, the levelness and equality of the drum should be corrected. The installation of the transmission drum and steering drum requires that the overlap between the width line and the Central Line of the belt should not exceed 2mm, the perpendicularity between the axis line and the Central Line of the belt should not exceed two-thousandth of the drum width, and the levelness of the drum shaft should not exceed 0.3/1000.
b. If it is found that the belt always runs sideways in no-load, the roller support should be adjusted.
c. If it is found that the belt does not run off in no-load, but runs off to one side in heavy load, it indicates that the belt has biased load, and the position of the coal drain bucket should be adjusted.
3) Strengthen daily maintenance:
a. Timely remove coal dust from the main parts of the roller, roller and feeding place of the conveyor to prevent the coal dust on the roller and roller from causing the belt to deviate.
b. Timely adjust the deviation of belt in operation, check the wear of belt edges and joints, and replace and repair the problems in time.
4) Install the monitoring device of belt deviation, once the belt deviation will send a warning signal to remind the maintenance personnel to take measures.
