Working Principle Of The Feeder Breaker

The material is conveyed by the scraper connected by circular chain links and moves horizontally in the conveyor box. When the horizontally moving scraper and the material pass through the rotating crushing teeth rollers in the crushing box, since the large pieces of material cannot pass through the specific space between the crushing teeth rollers and the scraper, the large pieces of material will be struck, squeezed, and stretched by the rotating teeth rollers until they are crushed. While the small pieces of material smaller than the discharge particle size requirement do not need to go through crushing and can pass through the crushing teeth rollers directly. Finally, the crushed materials are discharged through the discharge port of the crushing device.

By adjusting the frequency of the frequency converter and changing the rotational speed of the variable-frequency motor, the running speed of the scraper can be altered, which to a certain extent can regulate the processing capacity of the entire equipment; by adjusting the center height of the crushing tooth rollers, the particle size of the crushed output can be regulated to meet the different needs of customers.
