- Outstanding physical properties: The particle size is large (up to 1.8m), the density is high, the surface moisture is easily adhered and causes the material to form clumps, and the high content of mud leads to poor fluidity.

Structural Design
Exclusive design of the screen shaft and screen disc: We adopt a parabolic screen disc and arrange it in an alternating manner, which increases the space for material disturbance and reduces the adhesion of wet and sticky materials. The screen disc is made of wear-resistant manganese-chromium alloy steel or NM500 wear-resistant steel, which can withstand the strong impact of large chunks of materials and has no risk of deformation or fracture.
Dynamic sieve holes suitable for various particle sizes: The screen shaft rotates to form "dynamic sieve holes", which are different from the traditional static sieve holes. This can avoid the blockage caused by adhered materials and enables small particles to pass through the sieve quickly, while large chunks of materials are smoothly transported under the push of the sieve plate, suitable for different particle size requirements.

Self-cleaning feature of screen disc: When the parabolic-shaped screen disc rotates, the wet and sticky materials are lifted and quickly脱离 the screen surface, reducing residue. Overload Protection
