Background Of Cooperation
The client visited this time is a Malaysian enterprise specializing in industrial equipment manufacturing, engineering construction, and project general contracting services. It has extensive project execution experience in Southeast Asia. In 2025, the client undertook an industrial material transportation system construction project in Indonesia and initiated cooperation negotiations with our company regarding the procurement of related transportation equipment.
Four-Round Technical Collaboration
In September 2025, the customer first got in touch with us. Our technical team followed up and coordinated throughout the process. Focusing on four core points - the project site space, material transportation volume, belt conveyor structural layout, and on-site installation conditions - both parties conducted multiple rounds of in-depth technical exchanges. Considering the complex working conditions at the Indonesian site, we continuously optimized the equipment structure plan, and went through nearly four months of plan adjustments and business negotiations.
Customer's Approval
On January 14, 2026, the customer officially signed a purchase contract with us. We provided 3 belt conveyors and a large number of supporting steel structures for this project in Indonesia, including equipment brackets, maintenance platforms, walkways, guardrails and other auxiliary facilities, to provide a complete conveying system solution for the project site construction.
Strict Control Of Production Process
After the contract was signed, we promptly arranged for production and strictly followed the technical agreement confirmed by both parties and international quality standards to organize production and processing. During the project execution, we maintained close communication with the client, regularly providing feedback on the processing photos and quality inspection records of components, and implementing full transparency control throughout the process. From the welding of belt conveyor frames, the assembly of rollers and idlers, to the cutting and bending of steel structures and the anti-corrosion spraying, each process was subject to dual checks by the workshop self-inspection and the quality inspection department. Recently, all belt conveyors and the corresponding steel structures have been completed for processing, and the appearance, dimensions, and performance indicators all meet the factory acceptance standards and meet the conditions for on-site inspection by the client.
On-Site Inspection
Recently, the project manager came to our factory specifically to conduct a comprehensive factory inspection of the entire set of conveying equipment, with a particular focus on verifying the six core processes.
Inspection Of The Overall Manufacturing Quality Of The Belt Conveyor
The customer inspected the flatness of each belt conveyor frame and the assembly gap of the entire machine, confirming that the equipment operated without any jamming or offset risks.
Verification Of Welding Process And Anti-Corrosion Treatment
The focus was on inspecting all weld seams of the frame and steel structure, checking the fullness of welding, the smoothness of grinding, and confirming that the thickness of the anti-corrosion coating of the entire machine was uniform, suitable for the humid outdoor conditions in Indonesia.
Verification Of Core Transmission Component Configuration
On-site verification of the models and specifications of key components such as pulleys, idlers, bearings, and drive units, confirming a complete match with the technical plan agreed upon in the early stage.
Measurement Of The Processing Accuracy Of The Entire Steel Structure
Using professional measuring tools to inspect the dimensions of the supports, platforms, guardrails, etc. of the steel structure, all errors were controlled within the standard allowable range, ensuring rapid on-site assembly and installation.
Counting Of The Completeness Of Supporting Materials
Inspecting one by one the walkway treads, connecting fasteners, protective accessories, etc. of the supporting materials to ensure that there are no missing parts during shipment, reducing the waiting time for the customer's on-site construction.
Confirmation Of Packaging And Shipping Plan
We simultaneously presented the special protective packaging plan for export by sea. Additional protective layers were added to the wear-prone parts of the steel structure. The customer expressed satisfaction with the transportation protection plan.
After all inspection items were verified, the customer highly praised our standardized production management and strict quality control process, and confirmed the acceptance as qualified on the spot.
Equipment Ready For Shipment
After the inspection is completed, the entire belt conveyor system and the corresponding steel structure officially enter the packaging, fixation, and boxing stage. They will be dispatched to the construction sites in Indonesia in batches. After the entire conveying system is put into use, it can continuously and stably complete the material transfer within the factory, significantly improving the transportation efficiency at the construction site, reducing the labor transfer costs, and providing hardware support for the smooth operation of the client's total project.
