Limestone Sidewall Belt Conveyor Working Principle

The core principle of this equipment is a combined conveyor belt consisting of wave-shaped guard edges and cross partitions. During the horizontal section, the guard edges are laid flat, allowing the materials to fall freely; as it enters the inclined section, the guard edges stand up, together with the partitions, forming an independent "bin". When transporting limestone, the force of gravity and friction lock the materials in the bin, and they are lifted upwards along with the conveyor belt. The unique bin structure can effectively prevent blocky and granular limestone from sliding, rolling, or re-falling during the high-angle transportation process. Even when the transportation angle is very large, there will be no situation of material spillage or leakage.

Motor
