The conveying energy consumption is low. With the help of the internal friction force of the material, the material is changed from pushing to pulling, which saves 50% of electricity compared with the screw conveyor. It has good sealing and safety, and the fully-sealed casing makes the dust seamlessly drillable, safe in operation and reliable in operation. It has a long service life. The conveyor chain made of alloy steel through advanced heat treatment methods has a normal service life of > 5 years, and the life of the rollers on the chain (according to different materials) ≥ 2~3 years. It is suitable for flexible places, can be arranged on elevated, ground or pit, can be installed horizontally or on a slope (≤15°), or can be installed horizontally and on a slope with the same machine, and can be loaded and discharged at multiple points. In addition, it has low use cost, energy saving and durability, less maintenance and low cost (about 1/10 of the screw machine), which can ensure the normal operation of the main engine to increase output, reduce consumption and improve efficiency.
