Bucket Elevator split sprocket head housing is provided with two driving sprockets or rollers, supported by the housing bearing seat. One end of the sprocket shaft of the bucket Elevator is connected with the reducer and motor by elastic coupling. The nose sprockets and shafts are usually assembled in the factory as components and transported to the installation site. The motor and reducer are driven by the triangular belt. The split sprocket of the bucket Elevator is equipped with a check structure inside the triangle belt pulley of the reducer. When the belt is running, it suddenly stops running for some reason, and the check structure can stop the reverse of the hoist.
