Single Bucket Elevator

A single bucket elevator is designed to provide high sand handling capacity. It is designed with single row bucket and state exclusive carbide hard surface excavator bucket spacing according to requirements. Add a wider loading tank, so that belt conveyor, disc conveyor, and other equipment can be directly loaded, to enhance the linkage between the product operation capacity.

The head section of the single bucket elevator consists of a trailing herringbone head pulley and oversized head shaft roller bearings. Safety guards protect personnel from V-belt drives. The fully assembled starting part has wings, tail pulleys and oversize shafts and bearings. Add an adequate, screw-type take-up tension and track the elevator belt.

The drums are continuously spaced and loaded by direct feeding or by scooping material from the boot. When the bucket is discharged, the material flows through the front bucket and is designed to form a chute to the discharge port, minimizing product losses due to the tight spacing between them.

9. The head shaft is mounted inantifriction ball or roller bearing pillow blocks.
