The cement Bucket elevator is composed of the upper section, middle shell, lower section, conveyor belt with hopper and other traction parts, transmission device, and outdoor maintenance platform.
1. The lower section is composed of a feeding port, a lower casing, a reversing wheelset, and a tensioning device.
2. Middle casing (maintenance), one section for each, used for installation and maintenance of traction parts.
3. Middle casing (anti-deviation), usually place one middle casing every five sections.
4. Connecting plate, usually placed every 2 middle shells.
5. Middle casing (standard), L = 2m.
6. The connecting frame is usually placed in the middle casing every 5 sections.
7. Middle casing (non-standard), L between 0.5-2 meters. Generally installed in the upper section of the first or second section of the middle casing.
8. Upper section, including upper housing and driving drum group.
9. Drive device. It is composed of a motor, vertical shaft reducer, hydraulic coupling, reverse check device, and slow-moving device. The transmission device has right 1, right 2, left 1, left 2 points.
10. Outdoor operating platform.
