Drive Device
The motor drives the vibration exciter to rotate through the small pulley, V-belt, large pulley, and the end bearing seat, thereby causing the screen machine to produce linear motion. The frequency of the coal banana vibrating screen can be easily adjusted by replacing the motor pulley, so as to adapt to the grading and dewatering and demediation operation of materials under different working conditions. This transmission method has large transmission torque, good transmission effect, long service life, and can achieve long-term continuous and reliable operation.

Vibration Exciter
The vibration exciter adopts the ZYQX series high-efficiency gear-driven thin oil lubricated box-type vibration exciter which is independently developed and manufactured by ourselves. It is equipped with imported SKF large clearance vibration machinery special bearings. The specially designed special sealing structure of the shaft end can ensure that dust or other foreign matter cannot enter the inside of the vibration exciter. The eccentric torque of the vibration exciter eccentric wheel is adjustable to meet the different amplitude requirements of the equipment for materials.

Vibration Exciter Base Beam

This structural design has a high safety factor and is suitable for complex working conditions. The base beam of the vibration exciter plays a vital role in the operation of the banana screen. It adopts a box-shaped cross-section design and is equipped with reinforced plates, which are high in stiffness and light in weight. The special design of the reinforced flange can effectively improve the strength of the banana screen.

Screen Body
The side plate of frame is made of high quality low alloy and high strength structural steel plate. The high precision laser cutting machine is used to complete the feeding and drilling of the whole steel plate at one time, without splicing, and the appearance is smooth and beautiful. In the area where the force of the side plate is large, the strengthening plate, the protection plate and the strengthening Angle steel are reasonably arranged to effectively increase the strength of the side plate, so that the load of the side plate is evenly distributed, so as to prevent elastic deformation.

Screen Plate
The screen plate is made of foreign advanced technology, modular design, high degree of universality, and the screen plate can be completely interchangeable between different models. It is fixed by polyurethane slot, easy to install and disassemble. The two sides of the screen plate are mounted with polyurethane side bar and polyurethane wedge, which can fix the screen plate, effectively prevent the material from wearing the screen machine side plate, and extend the service life of the screen frame.

Damping Device
Screen using steel cylindrical spiral compression spring shock absorption, using special parameters design, large bearing capacity, long service life, excellent shock absorption effect.

To meet the high production requirements of modern large-scale coal preparation plants, the coal banana vibrating screen we designed has outstanding processing capabilities. The single machine processing capacity can reach over 420 tons per hour. The wide double-layer screen surface (such as 3.6 meters wide and 7.3 meters long) provides sufficient screening area and space for the materials, enabling it to handle the continuous high-flow materials transferred from the raw coal bunker with ease. It is the core equipment that ensures the efficient and stable operation of the front end of the coal preparation system and enables the annual processing capacity to reach millions of tons.
03/ Outstanding Screening Accuracy
We ensure that the coal banana vibrating screen has excellent screening accuracy. The upper layer screening efficiency is ≥ 95%, and the lower layer is ≥ 90%. This is attributed to precise dynamic calculations, high-quality screen plates, and stable vibration parameters. This equipment can efficiently separate 0-300mm wide-grained raw coal into target particle sizes (such as 300-50mm, 50-25mm, -25mm), providing ideal feeding conditions for subsequent intelligent dry selection or air separation processes, and directly increasing the yield of lump coal and overall economic benefits.
04/ Sturdy And Durable Structure
The core components of the coal banana vibrating screen, such as the side plates and cross beams, are all made of high-quality low-alloy high-strength steel through overall laser cutting and no welding seams are used. Strengthening plates and protective plates are scientifically arranged in key stressed areas to evenly distribute the load and effectively resist long-term alternating stress and impact. The overall design service life of the machine can reach more than 8 years, and the lifespan of the exciter beam and other core components is not less than 33,600 hours, ensuring long-term and reliable operation under harsh working conditions in coal mines.
05/ Advanced Riveting Technology
To address the common problems of stress concentration and fatigue cracking in the welding of sieve frames, our coal banana vibrating screen innovatively adopts a high-strength ring groove riveting process at the core connection points. All reinforcing components and the main side plate are connected by riveting, completely eliminating welding stress and heat affected zones. This fundamentally eliminates the risk of cracking and significantly enhances the overall rigidity and fatigue life of the screen body, ensuring the structural safety of the equipment.
06/ Modular screen plate
Our coal banana vibrating screen adopts standard-sized polyurethane frame and track seat screen plates, with a modular design. It is highly versatile and supports quick disassembly and assembly. The screen plate is inserted into the track and fixed by polyurethane side pressure strips and wedges. This design makes the replacement of the screen plates for the entire screening machine extremely efficient. Usually, it only requires two workers to complete the task within 30 minutes, significantly reducing maintenance downtime and lowering operating costs.
