Circular Motion Screen

The circular motion screen is a multi-layer, highly efficient new type of vibrating screen. Besides being used for material screening in quarries, it can also be applied in industries such as coal, mineral processing, building materials, power, and chemical engineering for the classification of various granular and small-block materials. Moreover, the screen plates of different levels can be selected with different hole diameters as needed, and multiple specifications of finished products can be produced.

  • Description

    The circular motion screen is a highly efficient multi-layer circular vibrating screening equipment that performs circular motion. It is widely used in various industries such as mining, building materials, chemical engineering, and energy. Its working principle is that the motor drives the vibration exciter (eccentric block or eccentric shaft) to rotate at high speed through the drive device, generating centrifugal force, causing the screen body to vibrate approximately in a circular motion. The materials are continuously thrown up and down on the inclined screening surface, and particles smaller than the sieve hole size pass through the sieve, thereby achieving classification.

     

    How Does The Circular Motion Screen Work?

    The circular motion screen is composed of the screen body, screen plate, vibration exciter, drive device, damping spring, frame support, motor, motor support, accessories, etc. as the main components.

     

    Two motors are driven by a V-belt, and the drive device at the end drives two groups of vibration exciter to rotate in the same direction through a synchronous belt. The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block acts on the screen body, causing the screen body to vibrate in a circular or approximately circular motion. The materials on the screen surface are constantly flipped and loosened, allowing materials smaller than the sieve holes to pass through the sieve and materials larger than the sieve holes to be discharged from the discharge port, thus completing the classification operation.

    We adopt the ZYQF series grease-lubricated flange-type eccentric vibration exciter developed independently by ourselves. The core advantage lies in the ability to adjust the working amplitude continuously by flexibly adding or reducing the number of counterweight blocks. This means that you can precisely match the optimal screening intensity according to different material properties and production requirements at any time, achieving maximum efficiency.


    We do not compromise on the core components. All bearings are selected from imported vibration mechanical special bearings of German SKF/FAG to ensure an extremely long service life and excellent reliability under harsh conditions. This provides the strongest guarantee for the continuous high-intensity operation of the equipment, significantly reducing the risk of unexpected downtime caused by bearing failures.

    Driver&Coupling

    The design combines end motor drive with intermediate universal shaft transmission. The vibration exciter operates synchronously through V-belts and synchronous belts. The transmission components are equipped with complete protective covers, which not only ensure operational safety but also extend service life and meet the speed regulation requirements of different working conditions.

    It is made of Q245R low-alloy high-strength container plate, which is precisely cut by laser and formed in one step. The manufacturing accuracy reaches ±0.03mm. The side plate is connected with high-strength rivets to reinforce the components, completely avoiding deformation caused by welding stress, ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment during long-term operation.

    According to different screening requirement, vibrating screen can choose woven screen, polyurethane screen plate, grate screen plate, etc. The screen plate are not only high screening efficiency, long service life, but also easy to assemble and disassemble, greatly shortening the replacement time.

    The screen frame is made by riveting high-quality steel sections and steel plates. The key connection parts are secured with high-strength bolts. The flatness error of the screen surface support is ≤ 1mm/m². The entire structure undergoes shot blasting treatment to achieve a cleanliness level of Sa2.5, and is then coated with a wear-resistant protective layer. This ensures a structural solution to the problem of bolt loosening.

    The crossbeam is made of high-quality seamless alloy steel pipe, and the flange is fully welded and stress-relieved. NM500 wear-resistant steel plates are added to key stress areas. The entire structure undergoes annealing and precision machining to ensure high precision and high strength, significantly improving wear resistance and service life.

    The spiral spring is made of 60Si2Mn material and undergoes a special process of phosphating and powder coating, resulting in excellent vibration damping performance and stability. The spring has a design life of over 10,000 hours and is equipped with a dedicated lifting lug at the top for easy and quick replacement and maintenance.

    Amplitude adjustable

    It adopts flange-type vibration exciter, which makes maintenance more convenient. The vibration intensity can be adjusted by changing the angle of the eccentric block, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting production.

    The side plate is made of high-quality Q245R low-alloy high-strength steel plate, and the body is fixed by rivets, ensuring that the side plate has no welding stress and completely solving the problem of bolt loosening from the structural perspective.

    Running smoothly

    The entire vibrating screen frame undergoes CNC boring and milling machining on both sides at a CNC Boring And Milling Machining Center. The vibration exciter adopts the ZYQF series grease-lubricated flange-type block eccentric vibration exciter independently developed and manufactured by our company. It has a simple structure, is convenient for use and maintenance, and has stable and reliable performance.

    Easy for maintenance

    The circular motion screen adopts polyurethane screen plate, which has good elasticity, high strength, long service life and is not prone to clogged holes. The screen plate is fixed with bolts, making replacement convenient.

    Circular Motion Screen Performance

     

    Vibrating screen frequency deviation does not exceed the specified value of 2.5%.

     

     

    Symmetry point amplitude difference of the screen box on both sides is not more than 0.5mm, transverse swing is not more than 1mm.

     

     

    The relative error of vibration direction angle of two symmetrical points shall not exceed 1°.

     

     

    Spring static compression height error of two symmetrical points after the assembly is not more than 3mm.

     

     

    Bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃, the highest temperature shall not exceed 75℃.

     

     

    Within one meter around the equipment, the no-load noise shall not exceed 75 dB(A).
