Circular Motion Vibrating Screen Working Principle
The dynamic system of the Circular Motion Vibrating Screen has been precisely calculated. The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block of the exciter causes the screen body to undergo forced circular vibration.
This vibration causes the materials on the screen to undergo projectile motion, and the trajectory of the motion is parabolic. The projectile strength of the materials is proportional to the square of the vibration frequency and is proportional to the amplitude.
By precisely controlling the vibration parameters, the materials can achieve the optimal loose state and conveying speed on the screen, ensuring that each particle has enough opportunity to pass through the screen holes, thus achieving the purpose of efficient screening.
Circular Motion Vibrating Screen Details
We adopt the ZYQF series grease-lubricated flange-type eccentric vibration exciter developed independently by ourselves. The core advantage lies in the ability to adjust the working amplitude continuously by flexibly adding or reducing the number of counterweight blocks. This means that you can precisely match the optimal screening intensity according to different material properties and production requirements at any time, achieving maximum efficiency.
We do not compromise on the core components. All bearings are selected from imported vibration mechanical special bearings of German SKF/FAG to ensure an extremely long service life and excellent reliability under harsh conditions. This provides the strongest guarantee for the continuous high-intensity operation of the equipment, significantly reducing the risk of unexpected downtime caused by bearing failures.


Driver&Coupling
The design combines end motor drive with intermediate universal shaft transmission. The vibration exciter operates synchronously through V-belts and synchronous belts. The transmission components are equipped with complete protective covers, which not only ensure operational safety but also extend service life and meet the speed regulation requirements of different working conditions.

Side Plate
It is made of Q245R low-alloy high-strength container plate, which is precisely cut by laser and formed in one step. The manufacturing accuracy reaches ±0.03mm. The side plate is connected with high-strength rivets to reinforce the components, completely avoiding deformation caused by welding stress, ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment during long-term operation.

Screen Plate
According to different screening requirement, vibrating screen can choose woven screen, polyurethane screen plate, grate screen plate, etc. The screen plate are not only high screening efficiency, long service life, but also easy to assemble and disassemble, greatly shortening the replacement time.

Screen Frame
The screen frame is made by riveting high-quality steel sections and steel plates. The key connection parts are secured with high-strength bolts. The flatness error of the screen surface support is ≤ 1mm/m². The entire structure undergoes shot blasting treatment to achieve a cleanliness level of Sa2.5, and is then coated with a wear-resistant protective layer. This ensures a structural solution to the problem of bolt loosening.

Beam
The crossbeam is made of high-quality seamless alloy steel pipe, and the flange is fully welded and stress-relieved. NM500 wear-resistant steel plates are added to key stress areas. The entire structure undergoes annealing and precision machining to ensure high precision and high strength, significantly improving wear resistance and service life.

Spring
The spiral spring is made of 60Si2Mn material and undergoes a special process of phosphating and powder coating, resulting in excellent vibration damping performance and stability. The spring has a design life of over 10,000 hours and is equipped with a dedicated lifting lug at the top for easy and quick replacement and maintenance.

Circular Motion Vibrating Screen Performance
Vibrating screen frequency deviation does not exceed the specified value of 2.5%.
Symmetry point amplitude difference of the screen box on both sides is not more than 0.5mm, transverse swing is not more than 1mm.
The relative error of vibration direction angle of two symmetrical points shall not exceed 1°.
Spring static compression height error of two symmetrical points after the assembly is not more than 3mm.
Bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃, the highest temperature shall not exceed 75℃.
Within one meter around the equipment, the no-load noise shall not exceed 75 dB(A).
