● After all the components of the Tire Handling Portable Belt Conveyor are installed, an unloaded test run should be conducted. The running time should not be less than 2 hours to check for abnormal sounds or smooth operation.
● Observe whether there is any rubbing between the rotating parts and other components, especially those rubbing against the conveyor belt. If so, it should be dealt with promptly to prevent damage to the conveyor belt.
● Check if the conveyor belt is deviating. If the deviation exceeds 5% of the belt width, adjustment should be made.
● Check for any oil leakage in the reducer and other lubrication areas.
● Check if there is any excessive or rapid temperature rise in the lubricating oil, bearings, etc.
● Observe the contact situation between the scraper of the cleaning device and the conveyor belt.
● Check if the tensioning device is operating properly and if there are any jamming or other phenomena.
