To cope with the complex and variable terrain conditions of outdoor operations, we have equipped the portable incline conveyors with multiple adaptive designs. The key models adopt an adjustable hydraulic leg system, which can compensate for an inclination of ±15° of the ground, ensuring that the conveyor belt can operate stably on various uneven surfaces. Some models also incorporate a lifting mechanism, allowing the conveying inclination angle to be adjusted continuously within the range of 0° to 22°. This can both accommodate horizontal transportation and meet the loading requirements for certain slopes. This design enables the same equipment to handle different height differences in operations, significantly expanding the application scope of the equipment.

Portable Incline Conveyor Working Principle

Our portable incline conveyor achieves material transportation through the coordinated transmission of the belt and the rollers:

The motor-driven active pulley rotates, using friction to propel the conveyor belt in a continuous cyclical motion. When material falls onto the conveyor belt from the inlet, it moves forward with the belt until it reaches the outlet for unloading.

The equipment is equipped with bend pulleys to change the conveyor belt's direction of travel. Idler rollers support the conveyor belt and material throughout the entire process, reducing running resistance and ensuring stable belt tension. Simultaneously, adjustable hydraulic outriggers or a mechanical leveling system assist in adjusting the machine's angle. Combined with an adjustable conveyor tilt angle of 0°-20°, it can perform both horizontal conveying and material lifting at different heights.

Universal wheels (high-strength rubber tires/all-steel wheels) give the equipment mobility. After relocation, simple leveling is all that's needed to restart operations. The overall transmission system, combined with a compact integrated frame design, ensures continuous and stable material conveying even in mobile environments.

We equip it with high-strength rubber tires or full-steel wheels, eliminating the need for fixed tracks or complex handling equipment. It can move quickly between different work sites. Intelligent Hydraulic Elevating System

Our portable incline conveyor adopts an advanced intelligent hydraulic elevating system. The lifting height can be adjusted continuously within the range of 500-2500mm. The hydraulic cylinder is designed with a double-acting mechanism and is equipped with high-precision displacement sensors, enabling precise positioning to the millimeter level. The system has an automatic balancing function, ensuring the stability of the conveying plane even on non-level ground. The lifting operation can be completed through the control panel or remote controller. A single person can complete the adjustment from the lowest position to the highest position within 3 minutes, significantly enhancing the adaptability of the operation.

Our travel system specifically designed for complex terrains features independent suspension and all-terrain tires, enabling it to adapt to various ground conditions such as mud, sand, and gravel.
