The corrugated belt conveyor is a special type of belt conveyor that adds Sidewall and Cleat to both sides of the conveyor belt. Through this special design, it can hold the materials like a "gate container", preventing the materials from sliding or falling, and achieving large-angle or even vertical transportation.

How Corrugated Belt Conveyor Work?

The traction component and the carrying component of the corrugated belt conveyor are a continuous rubber conveyor belt with side walls and cleats. The rubber belt is wound around the drive pulley and bend pulley at both ends of the frame to form a closed loop.
When the drive device drives the drive pulley to rotate, the friction between the drive pulley and the rubber belt drives the rubber belt to move along the predetermined path;
The conveyed materials are added to the rubber belt through the feeding chute, and the materials are transported to the discharge device at the head end along with the movement of the rubber belt, and finally are discharged from the discharge port under the action of centrifugal force and gravity.

Motor
