It uses high-elastic mesh and high-frequency flipping technology, which can quickly stretch and relax the mesh, effectively preventing fine materials from accumulating at the corners of the mesh or getting blocked in the mesh holes. It is the most effective screening method for processing sticky and wet coal with an external moisture content of 8% - 14%.
Achieving Deep Screening
It is possible to directly conduct dry screening of raw coal at 6mm or even 3mm particle sizes, separating a large amount of qualified fine coal as products in advance. This significantly reduces the amount of coal slime entering the washing system, lowering the load and processing costs of the coal slime water system.
High Processing Capacity
