Its unique oscillating motion can impart an acceleration of up to 50g to the materials, effectively throwing and loosening the material layer, achieving efficient screening, and it also has a self-cleaning function to prevent the clogging of the sieve holes.
Compared with traditional screening equipment with the same processing capacity, it requires less driving power and has energy-saving effects. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as coal, power, coal chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, mining, and solid waste resource utilization.
How Flip Flow Screen Work?
This equipment generates dual vibrations through a single drive. Specifically, the vibration exciter drives the fixed screen frame to produce the primary vibration, while simultaneously, through resonance, the floating screen frame is driven to generate additional vibration. The two frames move relative to each other. The polyurethane screen plates installed on the crossbeams of the fixed frame and the floating frame undergo a continuous high-frequency alternating motion of tightening and loosening due to the relative movement of the two frames. The screen holes thus exhibit a "breathing" effect, forcing the wet and sticky materials to separate rapidly and achieving an efficient sieving effect.
