The flip flow vibrating screen is a specialized screening equipment designed for handling small particles and wet and sticky materials. It is particularly suitable for dry screening of fine, wet and sticky, and easily clogged materials.
Its design principle is that a single drive generates dual vibrations, namely, the exciter drives the fixed screen frame to produce the basic vibration, while through resonance, it drives the floating screen frame to generate additional vibration, and the two move relative to each other.
The polyurethane screen plates installed on the crossbeams of the fixed frame and the floating frame undergo a high-frequency alternating movement of tightening and loosening due to the relative movement of the two frames, and the screen holes thus exhibit a "breathing" effect.
This oscillatory movement can transfer an acceleration of up to 50g to the materials, effectively throwing and loosening the material layer, achieving efficient sieving and having a self-cleaning function to prevent screen holes from getting clogged.
How Flip Flow Vibrating Screen Work?
The main vibrating screen frame is driven by the excitation force and performs basic vibration. The floating screen frame and the main vibrating screen frame move relative to each other under the resonance state through the connection with springs. The one end of the polyurethane screen mesh is fixed on the fixed crossbeam, and the other end is fixed on the floating crossbeam. The relative movement of the fixed beam and the floating beam causes the screen mesh to continuously stretch and contract, which can impart a very high acceleration to the material, thereby enabling the material to be fully lifted and stratified.

The main structure of the flip flow vibrating screen includes the drive device, the screen body (which consists of the fixed frame and the floating frame), the vibration exciter, the highly elastic polyurethane screen mesh, the shock-absorbing spring, the shear spring, etc.

The vibration exciter is equipped with imported SKF large clearance bearings specially designed for vibration machinery;
The vibration exciter uses high-precision heavy-duty helical gears, splash lubrication, and a magnetic drain plug to absorb iron filings in the lubricating oil;
The gas and heat in the vibration exciter can be freely exchanged through the special seal at the shaft end, and the lubricating oil will not leak out. This specially designed structure can ensure that coal dust or other foreign matter cannot enter the vibration exciter;
The eccentric torque of the vibration exciter eccentric wheel can be adjusted to meet the different amplitude requirements of the material for the equipment.

01/ High Acceleration
The screen mesh of the vibrating screen can impart a maximum acceleration of 50g to the material, allowing the material to be fully loosened and passed through the screen, completing the screening process.
02/ Strong Anti-blocking Capacity
During the screening process, the screen mesh undergoes elastic deformation under continuous flexing motion, dislodging the wet and sticky materials from the screen surface. It has a self-cleaning function, significantly enhancing the processing capacity and screening efficiency of the screening machine.
03/ High Screening Efficiency
For difficult-to-sift materials, the screening efficiency is usually over 30% higher than that of ordinary vibrating screens, enabling more effective separation of products with the desired particle size.
04/ Smooth Operation
Although the screen mesh is moving vigorously, the main body of the entire sieve box remains almost stationary. This results in very little dynamic load impact on the foundation or floor, which is conducive to installation at the upper floors of the factory building, and also has lower operating noise.
05/ No Blocking Material
