Working Principle Of Disc Conveyor
Power Transmission
The drive device (motor + reducer) drives the sprocket to rotate, causing the chain in the pipeline to move in a circular motion. The automatic tensioner synchronously adjusts the tightness of the chain to ensure stable meshing and prevent slippage or jamming.
Material Pushing
The chain discs installed at equal intervals on the chain move closely along the pipe wall like "pistons", using their own thrust and the friction of the materials to push the materials fed into the inlet into a continuous material column.
Multi-dimensional Conveying
Through the steering device, it can achieve horizontal, vertical, and inclined conveying at any angle. It can flexibly adapt to the layout of the factory space. The materials move smoothly within the pipeline without any violent impact.
Discharge And Cleaning
When the materials reach the discharge outlet, the chain turns and the chain discs push the materials out to complete the discharge.
Main Structure Of Disc Conveyor
